Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor the movement of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple U.S. routes. - Maintain communication with brokers and drivers - Book and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. - Track shipments and resolve any operational issues in real-time. - Maintain accurate documentation of loads, schedules, and delivery statuses. - The process also involves a sales aspect

Required qualifications - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. - Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch software experience is a plus). - Willingness to work flexible hours (U.S. time zone coverage may be required). - No previous dispatch experience required – we offer full training. - Ability to work from the office (We operate on the USA time zone) Mon-Fri․

Working hours: 16:00 to 01:00, Monday to Friday. Location: Batumi, Georgia
