Regional Marketing Manager (MENA/UK)

The IT company Andersen invites a Regional Marketing Manager (MENA/UK) to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities: – Creating and implementing a regional marketing strategy: developing outbound and inbound channels in line with regional goals. – Generating interest and warming up funnels through touchpoints and the website: events and webinars, email marketing, SEO/GEO, paid channels. – Coordinating teams (inbound, PR, outbound, SEO/GEO, SMM) through goal setting, processes, and performance monitoring. – Actively collaborating with the sales department: tracking the lead journey through the funnel, adapting channels to maximize contribution to the pipeline. – Analyzing performance, generating and validating hypotheses, testing, and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements: – Experience in B2B marketing for at least 3 years, preferably in IT / Tech / SaaS. – Experience in the UK and MENA markets. – Proven track record of building and executing a marketing strategy combining outbound + inbound: from channel to handover to sales and funnel nurturing. – Experience in cross-functional team coordination. – Understanding of both marketing and sales funnels: ability to validate hypotheses through sales. – Experience in cold outreach, SEO/GEO, and web analytics. – Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing tools: LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing CRMs. – Strategic thinking, proactivity in generating ideas, strong organizational skills, and a process-oriented approach. – Willingness to dive deep into technical details of the service or solution. – English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Compensation: 3000–3900 EUR per month.
