Location: Batum, Himshiashvili 30
Requirements: - English language skills - mandatory; - Russian language skills - considered an advantage; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs (Docs, Sheets, Drive); - High sense of responsibility; - Good communication skills; - Growth and development-oriented approach.
Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week. The position is an intermediary link between the company and seafarers/shipowner companies, responsible for the daily operational processes of crew recruitment.
Specifically includes: - Working with the seafarer's database - receiving, processing and systematizing CVs; - Communication with candidates - interviews, document collection, certificate verification; - Searching and processing vacancies from shipowner companies; - Selecting suitable candidates for specific positions; - Preparing and sending necessary documentation; - Monitoring crew contracts and deadlines (join/sign-off dates); - Communication with shipowner/management companies; - Operational resolution of emerging problems.
