Tender - For the Performance of Repair Works in the Warehouse

LLC "Aversi-Pharma" announces a tender for the performance of repair works in the warehouse located at 14, Yumashev Street, Tbilisi. - The characteristics of the works to be performed are given in Annex No. 1; - The draft contract to be concluded with the winning bidder identified as a result of the tender is given in Annex No. 2; - The affidavit is in Annex No. 3.

Interested candidates must indicate the following information in their tender proposal: - The cost in accordance with Annex No. 1; - The condition for payment of the service cost; - A detailed description of the performance of the works;

Interested candidates must submit the following documentation along with their tender proposal: - The applicant's requisites: full name, address, and contact telephone number, e-mail; - Information about experience; - A signed affidavit attached to this announcement.

Note: A bidder who has envisaged the payment of an advance of more than 10% of the total cost of the goods or more than 5,000 (five thousand) GEL in the payment condition, in case of winning the tender, is obliged to present a bank guarantee from a bank/insurance company at the stage of signing the contract.

The company's decision may also require bidders to present other additional documents/information.

The criteria for evaluating tender proposals and attached documentation by the tender commission are as follows: - Deadlines for the performance of works; - Quality of performance of works; - Cost of performance of works;

The winning bidder, at the request of the tender commission, may be required to present the following additional documents: - Bank requisites certified by the bank's wet seal; - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no public law restrictions are registered on the property of the legal person. - A certificate from the court that no insolvency proceedings are underway against it. - Tax code and payer status - "VAT" payer or "beneficiary payer"; - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no reorganization or liquidation of the legal person is underway (the information preparation date should not be more than 7 working days); - A certificate from the tax authority about the absence of debt.

The submitted documentation must be signed by the person authorized by the bidder.

Failure to comply with the requirements set out in the tender announcement may be the basis for disqualification of the bidder from the tender.

Attention of bidders! The tender is conducted on the principle of 1 envelope, which does not imply an electronic trading stage between bidders, and in this regard, bidders must submit competitive/final tender proposals (including final prices).

Bidders' proposals must be submitted electronically through www.etenders.ge.

The deadline for receiving tender proposals is October 30, 2026, 16:00 via www.etenders.ge. The winning bidder will be notified of the deadline for submitting additional information/documentation.
