Junior System/Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Junior System/Business Analyst for a project developing an integration layer and delivering scalable solutions for seamless data exchange and process automation. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies. Our diverse expertise extends across FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and more. The project is focused on designing and implementing an integration layer that connects multiple business systems and digital services. It includes building integrations for insurance and customer service workflows, enabling seamless data exchange, process automation, and alignment with the overall enterprise integration strategy.

Responsibilities: - Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements. - Translating business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications. - Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation. - Modelling business processes (BPMN), design solutions, and build prototypes. - Supporting backlog refinement with detailed requirement elaboration. - Facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams. - Owning product vision, goals, and success metrics. - Defining and managing roadmap, backlog, and priorities. - Making scope and trade-off decisions (value vs risks vs constraints). - Ensuring backlog readiness and alignment with business goals. - Actively engaging stakeholders and align expectations. - Leading demos, reviews, and validating delivered increments (DoD). - Monitoring KPIs, customer feedback, and product performance. - Managing risks, dependencies, and escalations. - Ensuring compliance (legal, data privacy, security). - Driving Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements: - Experience as a System Analyst for 6+ months. - Experience participating in product teams or product-focused educational projects. - Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling. - Basic SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases through educational projects or internships. - Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman. - Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC. - Basic understanding of application logging and log search/troubleshooting. - Experience with Git and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding. - Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have: - Project Management background. - Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.

Compensation: 1160–1200 EUR per month.
