Key Functional Responsibilities - Drive the sales performance, growth, and overall strategy of the e-commerce platform to meet and exceed profitability goals. - Serve as the primary digital point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional, first-line support by managing incoming chats across various social media platforms and answering hotline calls. - Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to inquiries and building strong customer relationships. - Manage and optimize online promotional campaigns. - Analyze customer shopping trends and behaviors to support assortment selection and identify market gaps. - Grow customer acquisition and enhance profitability through our online sales channels. - Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience: - Prior experience in a similar E-commerce or digital sales role - Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks and infrastructure - Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - High level of attention to detail and strong strategic thinking with a customer-centric orientation - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Highly self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and a critical thinker

Language Requirements: - Georgian — Fluent - English — B2 Level

What We Offer: - Work Format: Hybrid - Working Hours: 5 days a week (2 days off), operating in 2 shifts: - 1st Shift: 10:00 – 19:00 - 2nd Shift: 13:00 – 22:00 - Salary: 1739 GEL Gross + Job Quality Bonus (dependent on the successful completion of your KPI tasks) - Benefits: Health insurance, flexible and friendly work culture, and clear perspectives for professional and personal growth within an international company.
