Ronny’s is hiring a Facilities Manager & Store Development lead to keep our locations running strong and lead our expansion into new stores.

What you'll own: - Facility & equipment upkeep across all sites, with a Support Manager handling daily response - Safety compliance and vendor management - New store build-outs and relocations, start to finish budget, contractors, permits, launch - Fleet, distribution, and warehousing - Capital planning and team leadership

What we're looking for: - 4+ years in facilities, maintenance, or project management - Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry experience required - Strong people and vendor management skills - Fluent Georgian and English - Engineering or technical background a plus

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (7,000+ GEL net/month) + performance bonuses and benefits.
