We are an international company expanding our team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Risk Assessment Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy analytical work, decision-making, and working in a structured, professional environment. Please note: This is not a call center or sales position.

What You Will Do - Carefully review applications, documents, and internal data - Assess and evaluate risk based on company guidelines - Make accurate and timely decisions (approval/rejection) - Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures - Maintain well-organized records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams when needed

What We Are Looking For - Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills - High level of attention to detail - Ability to work independently and responsibly - Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems - Previous experience is an advantage, but not required

Work Schedule - Day Shift: 09:00 – 17:00 - Evening Shift: 16:00 – 00:00

Additionally, there will be night shifts 1–2 times per week, which are paid at a higher rate. Taxi transportation is fully covered for evening and night shifts.
