ELEHEAR Georgia is seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead our digital marketing and e-commerce team. This role focuses on planning and overseeing projects, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing team performance, and ensuring efficient workflows, timely project delivery, and alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, and overseeing digital marketing, website development, and e-commerce projects from initiation to completion, including defining deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation; - Leading and coordinating the daily activities of the digital marketing and e-commerce team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability; - Establishing and tracking project-related KPIs, deadlines, and team performance objectives; - Ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and workflow between team members; - Identifying operational challenges, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks; - Conducting regular team meetings, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and productivity;

Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field; - Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, website management, and design workflows; - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify; - Ability to manage deadlines, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability across the team; - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; - Fluency in English.

Salary and Working Hours: - Net salary of 4000-5000 GEL per month for a full-time role. - Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10 AM to 7:00 PM - Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends off. - Office location: 17A University Street, Tbilisi.
