Tender - Heating, Cooling and Ventilation System Arrangement Works

LLC "Aversi Clinic" announces a tender for the purchase of heating, cooling and ventilation system arrangement works.

LLC "Aversi Clinic" announces a tender for the arrangement of heating, cooling and ventilation systems for the operating block of its branch located in Marneuli, near 26 May Street.

• Specifications are given in Annex #1;
• The project is given in Annex #2;
• The affidavit is given in Annex #3;
• The draft contract to be concluded with the winner identified as a result of the tender is given in Annex #4;

Terms of work: - Bidders must consider that the work must be performed in the clinic building, and therefore, relevant norms must be protected. It is possible that the production of works may be required after 18:00. - It is desirable for bidders to familiarize themselves with the existing situation on site.

Interested candidates must indicate / upload the following information in the tender proposal: - A completed cost estimate of the work to be performed, presented in Excel format, in accordance with the project and specifications; - Payment terms for the work; - Warranty conditions, warranty periods, the supplier company must take responsibility for the quality of the materials used. - Deadline for completion of the work.

For participation in the tender, interested candidates must upload the following documents through the eTenders.ge electronic system by October 23, 2026, 15:00: - Annex #1, completed cost estimate of the work to be performed (compiled in accordance with the attached project and specifications) the cost estimate must be presented, - In Excel format; - Deadline for completion of the work. - Warranty conditions, warranty period; - A list of similar works completed in the last 5 years and recommendations from at least two customer persons; - Bidder's requisites: full name, address, email and contact phone number, copy of the identity document of the responsible person, bank requisites;

The bidder may be required to present the following documentation at the request of the customer: - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that there are no public law restrictions registered on the property of the legal person; - A certificate from the court that there is no insolvency case pending against it; - Tax code and payer status - "VAT" payer or "preferential payer"; - A certificate from the tax service on the absence of debt. - Bank requisites (in the form of a printed certificate issued by the bank);

The submitted documentation must be signed by the bidder's authorized person(s).

The criteria for evaluating tender proposals and attached documentation by the tender commission are: - Quality; - Cost; - Deadline for completion of the work; - Settlement conditions;

Failure to comply with the requirements set out in the tender announcement may be grounds for disqualification of the bidder from the tender.

Note: The tender is conducted on the "1 envelope principle", which does not provide for a trading stage. Accordingly, bidders must indicate the final cost of the goods provided in their tender proposal.

Personal data (if any) submitted by bidders on the basis of this tender will be considered only within the framework of this tender.

In addition, the submission of a tender proposal (relevant documentation and personal data) on the basis of this tender announcement confirms the bidder's consent to the processing of personal data.
