Hotel Administrator

"Ambassadori Batumi" hotel is announcing a vacancy for a Hotel Administrator position. We are looking for a responsible, communicative, and guest-oriented candidate who will ensure high-quality service for our guests and smooth daily operations of the hotel.

Main responsibilities

• Greet guests, organize check-in and check-out processes;
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and conditions;
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests' requests, questions, and complaints;
• Receive, process, and reflect reservations in the hotel management system (PMS);
• Manage telephone and electronic communication;
• Operate problem situations and coordinate with management when necessary;
• Comply with hotel service standards, internal procedures, and safety rules;
• Prepare daily reports, accurate accounting of settlements and cash transactions.

Qualification requirements

• Preferred experience in hotel administration or customer service;
• Fluent knowledge of Georgian; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of computer programs; experience with PMS system is an advantage;
• Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Working conditions

• Salary: negotiable.
