General purpose of the position: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of all casino facilities and technical systems. This includes managing engineering staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and supporting smooth casino operations through reliable infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing comprehensive work plans - Assigning tasks to team members - Conducting staff training - Organizing teams and streamlining workflows - Creating clear and practical technical instructions - Managing financial accountability for departmental assets - Motivating employees and maintaining effective communication

Work Experience Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in engineering or technical operations, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industries - Hands-on experience with casino systems such as HVAC, and building automation - Proven track record in team supervision and project execution - Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards - Vendor and contractor coordination experience - Conversational proficiency in English
