Architectural company LLC "Ar Link" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Architect.

Work conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00;

• Salary: to be agreed upon, depending on the candidate's qualifications;

• Initially, a 3-month probationary period is envisaged;

• Location: Tbilisi, Beliashvili Street #106 / Bokhua Street #4.

We are looking for a new team member who has practical experience in architectural activities, is focused on maintaining high professional standards, and is distinguished by responsibility and motivation in performing assigned tasks. The position involves participation in various types of architectural projects, working with professionals in the field, and real opportunities for career development.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of projects based on architectural concepts and technical assignments;

• Creation of architectural sketches and visual concepts;

• Preparation of documentation necessary for construction permits;

• Compilation of working drawings and complete documentation of the architectural project;

• Development of concepts and detailing of design proposals;

• Preparation of permit/authorization documentation (to be submitted to the municipality);

• Discussion of issues arising during the project implementation process and problem-solving;

• Involvement in all stages of the design process;

• Preparation of drawings considering construction norms and regulations (Decree No. 41, etc.);

• Systematization of architectural documentation for transfer to the client;

• Experience in collaboration with related fields (designer, geodesist, engineer, etc.);

• Correction of architectural drawings as needed;

• Ensuring compliance of projects with current legislation;

• Compilation of specifications and calculation of design volumes;

• Periodic reporting to the supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture;

• At least 4 years of experience working as an architect;

• Experience working on multi-apartment projects;

• Knowledge of construction norms and regulations;

• High-level knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD programs;

• Knowledge of Photoshop (considered an advantage);

• Desirable knowledge of any program required for preparing renderings;

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editors;

• Desirable communicative-level knowledge of English.

• Orientation towards teamwork and effective time management.
