Architectural company LLC "Arclink" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Architect.

Work conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00;

• Remuneration: to be agreed upon, depending on the candidate's qualifications;

• Initially, a 3-month probationary period is envisaged;

• Location: Tbilisi, Beliashvili Street #106 / Bochua Street #4.

We are looking for a new team member who has practical experience in architectural activities, is focused on maintaining high professional standards, and is distinguished by responsibility and motivation in performing assigned tasks. The position involves participation in various types of architectural projects, working with professionals in the field, and real opportunities for career development.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing projects based on architectural concepts and technical assignments;

• Creating architectural sketches and visual concepts;

• Preparing documentation necessary for construction permits;

• Compiling working drawings and complete documentation for architectural projects;

• Developing concepts and detailing design proposals;

• Preparing permit/authorization documentation (for submission to the municipality);

• Discussing and resolving issues that arise during project implementation;

• Involvement in all stages of the design process;

• Preparing drawings considering construction norms and regulations (Resolution No. 41, etc.);

• Systematizing architectural documentation for transfer to clients;

• Experience in collaboration with related fields (structural engineer, geodesist, engineer, etc.);

• Correcting architectural drawings as needed;

• Ensuring project compliance with applicable legislation;

• Compiling specifications and calculating design volumes;

• Periodic reporting to management.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture;

• At least 4 years of experience working as an architect;

• Experience working on multi-apartment projects;

• Knowledge of construction norms and regulations;

• High-level proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD;

• Knowledge of Photoshop (considered an advantage);

• Desirable knowledge of programs for preparing renderings;

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editors;

• Desirable communicative-level proficiency in English.
