Job Description - Analysis of financial statements of the bank's corporate borrowers, review, analysis, and risk assessment of credit projects - Preparation of risk conclusions on the reviewed credit project - Participation in the bank's credit committee and decision-making on the presented credit application - Management of the existing portfolio, assessment of existing borrowers, and reservation according to internal instructions; - Processing of information requested by the National Bank of Georgia for supervisory purposes - Management of the existing credit portfolio, familiarization with borrowers' financial monitoring, assessment, and analysis - Production of internal reporting for the department - Analysis of the credit portfolio; - Preparation of portfolio analysis presentations - Initiation and management of strategic projects to develop the risk department - Participation in the implementation of strategic projects to develop related departments - Obtaining necessary information from other departments for reporting and analysis; - Processing of information for various types of reporting, preparation of reports

Qualifications - Higher education (bachelor's degree) in business administration, finance, or economics; - Master's degree in finance and economics will be considered an advantage; - Additional education in finance (CFA, ACCA, and other programs) will be considered an advantage; - At least 7 years of experience in the financial sector, work experience in large business lending; - High-level knowledge of Excel; - At least 7 years of experience working with financial statements and high-level knowledge of finance; - Ability to think beyond daily responsibilities and initiate and manage strategic tasks for department development - Logical thinking, ability to adapt in a stressful environment, and make optimal decisions. - High-level knowledge of English. Knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage.
