Key Responsibilities - Receive and organize vessel-related documentation according to the requirements of clients, consignees, and freight forwarders. - Verify information uploaded into the agency operating system and maintain hard copies in the relevant client files. - Check container status and coordinate with clients when necessary. - Monitor transit cargo and update the relevant information in the agency operating system. - Handle cargo corrections, take appropriate action, and communicate any discrepancies to the relevant parties. - Enter relevant data regarding discharged cargo into the agency operating system. - Arrange container releases to consignees in accordance with company procedures. - Register and maintain cargo insurance documents. - Communicate with other agency offices and provide the required documentation upon request. - Handle door delivery and MEDLOG shipments, including checking and selecting manifested carrier haulage arrangements for each vessel. - Notify the Port of Loading (POL) agent of discrepancies in shipper, consignee, cargo description, or weight details and obtain the required EMC. - Issue documentation for MEDLOG cargo. - Prepare Delivery Orders for MEDLOG for applicable carrier haulage shipments. - Verify the authenticity of Bills of Lading using an X-ray machine when necessary. - Perform other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Maritime Transportation, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in the same or a similar position. - Excellent communication and multitasking skills. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - A strong sense of responsibility and accountability. - Fluency in Georgian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. - Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
