We are seeking an English-Speaking Back Office Experts to join our team in Tbilisi.

As an English Back Office Expert, you will support our customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience, while playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for our client in the global automotive industry.

What we’re looking for - English language skills C1+ (spoken & written required) - Strong customer orientation and communication skills - Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types - Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles as well as new vehicle infotainment systems - Good computer skills + fast typing - Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player - Willingness to work in shifts and public holidays - Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do - Answer customer questions by phone, email, web forms, social media, and live chat - Communicate clearly and politely with customers and dealers in English - Enter and update customer and order information in company systems - Help customers understand and use infotainment and connected vehicle features in modern cars - Follow company rules for data security, accuracy, and quality - Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
