Job Responsibilities: - As a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Polish-speaking customers. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently - Assisting customers with product-related questions and technical issues - Processing payments, orders, and returns - Providing accurate information and excellent customer service - Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude during customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure the best customer experience - You will always have access to the necessary tools, training, and support from the team, and we rely on your professionalism, communication skills, and dependability.

Requirements: - Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-oriented mindset - Basic computer skills - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Salary & Working Conditions: Salary: Base salary of $800 + up to $200 performance bonus Location: Atrium Business Center (On-site) Working Hours: 8-hour shifts Employment Type: Full-time
