The Recruitment Department of "HR Employment Agency" is seeking a candidate for the Logistics Manager position in Tbilisi for an international company operating in the logistics sector. The position is intended for a professional who can efficiently organize cargo shipments, work with carriers, and manage transport processes smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and continuously expand a database of local and international carriers.
- Search for and attract new carriers, develop long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms.
- Review incoming orders and coordinate with the Sales Department.
- Organize and monitor cargo transportation.
- Cooperate with local and foreign partners to resolve transportation issues.
- Enter information into the company's operating system and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate customs procedures and maintain transportation documents.
- Prepare reports for the direct manager.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Business Administration or Logistics).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Logistics Manager in the logistics sector.
- Experience in freight transport, customs procedures, import/export and transit through Georgia.
- Possession of a network of carriers / logistics partners.
- Experience in railway transport (considered an advantage).
- High level proficiency in MS Office.
- Native Georgian
- Fluent English (B2+)

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly identify and effectively resolve problems.
- High level of organization and effective time management.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Work Location: Tbilisi
