Levels Academy is a Cambridge partner modern English language center in Tbilisi with two locations and a growing community of students.

Our academy provides a wide range of courses, including General and Business English, conversation-focused classes, and preparation for international exams such as IELTS, FCE/CAE, and TOEFL.

English Language Academy - Levels is currently seeking qualified Georgian and native speaker teachers of English as a second language.

Job Opportunities We are hiring for the following positions: - General English Teacher: Candidates should be confident in teaching both adults and young learners across all proficiency levels, from Beginner to Advanced. - Exam Preparation Teachers: - IELTS Preparation - Cambridge Exams (FCE / CAE / PET) - TOEFL Preparation

We offer an hourly compensation model.

Rate: 20-35 GEL per hour (Net (take-home pay).

General Duties: - Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to different age groups and levels - Conducting both group and one-to-one lessons (individual) - Preparing teaching materials and handouts - Managing the classroom effectively - Maintaining discipline - Creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment

Qualification Requirements: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

Required Skills: - Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creative and positive teaching approach
