We're growing and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals.

What You'll Do - Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, close - Work both inbound and outbound — adapting your approach and technique to each lead type and segment - Work across key verticals: taxi & fleet operators, logistics, construction, government, agriculture - Conduct live and offline product demos tailored to each client's specific situation and pain points - Build and maintain a structured database of target prospects — researching companies, mapping decision-makers, and keeping accounts up to date - Own your pipeline in CRM: stage accuracy, activity logging, follow-up discipline - Prepare sales materials: presentations, proposals, and call scripts - Identify and activate new market segments and partnership channels - Track competitor activity, pricing, and product gaps - Share client feedback and market insights with the product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For - 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets - Able to run discovery conversations, build a business case, and handle objections confidently - Strong communicator in Georgian and English (Russian is a plus) - Organized and self-driven — you manage your own pipeline without being chased - Experience in fleet, logistics, SaaS, or IoT is a strong advantage - Existing network in logistics, construction, or government is a plus - Comfortable being on camera, willingness to participate in product videos and promotional content is a bonus
