Company announces a vacancy for the position of AAR Dispatcher
The company operates online and provides transportation services in the US territory to passengers with disabilities involved in the ACCESS-A-RIDE program.
Requirements
- Experience working in the Access-A-Ride direction
- Knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages
- Good communication and organization skills
- Experience working with relevant dispatch programs (preference is given to knowledge of Access Service Manager (ASM))
Responsibilities
- Coordination of drivers' schedules and routes;
- Communication with drivers and passengers;
- Real-time monitoring of trips and resolution of problems.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8-9 hour working day (flexible) in American time
