Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection process for the position of Head of Consumer Electronics Business Unit, for an international IT Distributor in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job Description: - Build and develop the vendor portfolio: attract new manufacturers and traders, negotiate distribution contracts, expand the SKU matrix, and maintain long-term relationships with existing brands; - Own the P&L of the business unit: revenue, gross margin, inventory turnover, pricing and credit policy; - Lead the sales team of the business unit: set targets, monitor execution, develop sales managers, and scale the team as needed; - Develop the category strategy: brand positioning, product portfolio, and target sales channels in Georgia (retail chains, specialized retail, marketplaces, corporate accounts); - Define joint business plans with vendors: marketing activities, MDF, partner training, sellout programs, in-store promotions; - Personally manage key Georgian retail chains and major partners — especially when launching new brands and closing strategic deals; - Analyze the market and competitive landscape, adapt the assortment and commercial terms accordingly; - Collaborate with adjacent functions: procurement, logistics, finance, and marketing.

Main Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree - 5 years of working experience in IT Retail/Distribution companies; Eligible Positions: Brand Manager, Category Manager, Product Manager, Business Development Manager - Advanced knowledge of English language is a must! - Working with MS Office - Experience of working with one or several of these categories: Home Appliances, Client Devices, Mobile Devices
