We are looking for a communicative and client-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to become the first point of contact for potential clients and qualify incoming leads for the Sales team.

Tbilisi, Georgia Full-time

Key Responsibilities: - Contact company-generated leads by phone - Respond to client inquiries through official company communication channels and online chats - Ask key qualification questions and identify client needs - Transfer qualified leads to the Sales team - Record client information and communication accurately in the CRM system - Follow up with leads when necessary

The company provides the leads. Independent client acquisition and cold prospecting are not required.

Requirements: - Experience in customer service, call center, banking, telecommunications, hospitality or another client-facing role will be an advantage - Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian is mandatory and will be assessed during the interview process - Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills - Good interpersonal and listening skills - Organized, responsible and attentive to detail - Experience with CRM systems or Bitrix24 will be an advantage
