As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support customers using electric vehicles by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience across charging, connectivity, and vehicle-related services, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For - German language skills C1+ (spoken & written required) - English B2 - Strong customer orientation and communication skills - Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types - Good computer skills + fast typing - Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What you'll do - Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers - Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English - Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans - Update and maintain customer and booking data - Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
