Casino Otium is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Slot Operator Slot Operator Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to casino patrons, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable gaming experience

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with the operation of electronic gaming machines - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Monitor electronic gaming machines to ensure proper operation - Handle minor machine malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting - Inform guests about current promotions, events, and special offers - Assist with processing guest transactions, including cashing out and adding credits to gaming machines

Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment - Basic understanding of electronic gaming machines is an asset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Basic knowledge of Turkish, English, Russian languages
