English Teacher Wanted (Online Groups)

Lingua Academy is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Online English Teacher to join our team.

Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Philology, Linguistics, English Language Teaching, or a related field (Georgian accredited university). - An internationally recognized English teaching certificate (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, Cambridge TKT, or equivalent) is mandatory. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience teaching English, including teaching adults. - Excellent command of English (C1 level) - Strong classroom management and communication skills. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to teach online using Zoom or Google Meet. - Ability to effectively plan lessons using a provided syllabus and teaching materials, while adapting, supplementing, or omitting content when necessary to meet learners' needs. - Reliable internet connection, professional working environment, and quality audio/video equipment. - Punctual, responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality lessons. - Willingness to follow Lingua Academy's teaching standards and methodology. - Ability to submit a brief weekly progress report for each assigned group.

Selection Process: - Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. - Candidates who successfully pass the interview will be required to deliver a demo lesson. - Only applicants who successfully complete both stages will be considered for the position.

Availability: Option 1 Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Option 2 Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 PM 11:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
