General Requirements: - To assist in organizing the daily tasks and projects of Engineering department - To prepare and submit monthly attendance sheets to HR department for payroll processing - To provide the clerical job, take phone calls, handle the correspondence & respond to the emails - To carry out administration work in professional manner. - To provide daily, weekly and monthly reports (in the framework of responsibility). - To organize meetings and keep the minutes.
