Recently opened gaming club "Gameboy", located in Saburtalo, Mitskevich Street, is looking for an administrator.
The club has 15 gaming computers and 2 PlayStation 5.
Workplace: Saburtalo, Mitskevich Street Work schedule: 40 hours a week, morning and evening shifts
Salary: 1,300 GEL.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving and serving customers;
- Turning on gaming time and settlement;
- Receiving reservations and entering information into the relevant system;
- Providing primary technical assistance to customers;
- Controlling products and supplies;
- Participating in the administration of tournaments and other events;
- Taking care of the club's inventory and maintaining order in the workspace.
Required requirements and skills:
- Computer and basic technical skills;
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level;
- Gaming experience and knowledge of popular games - CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, PUBG, Valorant, Fortnite, etc.;
- Ability to communicate with customers;
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality;
- Ability to work as a team.
Desirable:
- Experience working in customer service or a similar position;
- Experience working with a cash register;
- Ability to independently solve simple technical problems.
