We are looking for a professional and dynamic team member with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of imaginative Heartists as Cost Controller. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of cost control principles, excellent numerical and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting the hotel’s financial and commercial objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and compliance with internal procedures - Monitor food and beverage costs, consumption, and inventory movements. - Support physical inventory counts, reconcile results, and investigate variances. - Maintain accurate recipe and product costing data. - Prepare periodic reports and support the month-end closing process. - Collaborate with operational teams to reduce waste and improve cost control.

Requirements: - A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in cost control, inventory accounting, or a relevant finance role. - Sound understanding of costing, inventory control, and variance analysis. - Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting or inventory management systems. - Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations and knowledge of HRS BO, Micros, or 1C would be an advantage. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective organization and deadline management. - Clear communication and a collaborative approach. - Accountability and professional integrity.
