AIO Software is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via the Jira ticketing system and Telegram chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Conduct onboarding and introductory calls with clients. - Train clients on how to effectively use the platform and its features.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients in a variety of situations. - Eagerness to learn and the ability to explain complex information in a clear and user-friendly manner. - Experience handling a high volume of requests while maintaining effective task organization and prioritization. - English proficiency at B2–C1 level. - Ability to quickly learn new information and apply it effectively to solve client issues. - Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and resilience under pressure. - Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Support Specialist, or Onboarding Manager will be considered an advantage.

Professional Skills: - Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory). - Technical background, including experience with CRM systems or within the IT industry, is a plus.

Personal Qualities: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. - Strong problem-solving abilities, including rapid issue identification and implementation of effective solutions. - Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to inquiries. - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and processes. - Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills. - Critical thinking and analytical approach to problem-solving.
