ASBC Georgia | iSpace, an official partner of global technology and luxury leaders, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing strategy for Bang & Olufsen — the legendary Danish luxury brand renowned for exceptional sound, iconic design, craftsmanship, and innovation for more than a century and strengthen its presence in the Georgian luxury and premium technology market.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the local marketing strategy in line with Bang & Olufsen’s global brand positioning and guidelines. - Plan and manage integrated digital, social media, PR, influencer, and offline marketing campaigns. - Develop creative initiatives that communicate B&O’s heritage, design, craftsmanship, technology, and premium lifestyle positioning. - Plan and execute product launches, exclusive events, VIP experiences, and brand activations. - Build partnerships with luxury, design, architecture, hospitality, automotive, fashion, and lifestyle brands. - Develop relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, designers, architects, and other relevant partners. - Work closely with Sales and Retail teams to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, store traffic, and sales growth. - Manage external agencies, creative partners, and marketing suppliers. - Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management. - Ensure consistent and premium Bang & Olufsen brand representation across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing role. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field; specialization in Marketing is a plus. - Strong knowledge of brand, digital, social media, PR, campaign, and event marketing. - Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. - Strong project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness. - Excellent attention to detail and understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning. - Experience in luxury, premium consumer goods, technology, retail, fashion, hospitality, design, or automotive will be a strong advantage. - Fluent Georgian and strong English communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools.
