Clinic "Leadermed", a pioneer in reproductive medical tourism in Georgia, founded in 1998, is a modern, multi-profile center equipped with high-tech services. The clinic is announcing a vacancy for a Registrar position.

Work location: Tbilisi, Nodar Bochua 21; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30; Two Saturdays per month, 09:30 to 15:30;

Main responsibilities: - Registering patients in the corresponding program; - Opening and editing patient cards, filling in information according to predetermined rules; - Referring registered patients to the relevant specialist; - Searching/verification and providing information to patients upon request; - Informing patients about service disruptions; - Other work-related functions and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor and manager.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education; students in their final year are also considered; - Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience; - Good knowledge of MS Office software; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Personal competencies/skills: - Effective communication skills; - Customer orientation; - Adherence to discipline, rules, and procedures; - Attention to detail; - Operativeness and mobilization; - Team orientation towards common goals; - Ability to analyze and transmit information.
