Terms of use

1 Who we are

findjobs.ge ("we") is a job platform for Georgia. These terms cover the website, our Telegram bot and channels, our mobile apps, and our emails. Using any of them means you accept these terms. Questions: info@findjobs.ge.

2 What the service is

Job seekers browse and apply for free, with no account walls. Employers post vacancies for free. Optional paid extras for employers are Pro (a monthly plan), promoted listings and the banner spot, priced in lari and charged by card through Stripe; nothing a job seeker uses is paid.

We are a venue. We are not an employment agency or recruiter, and we are not a party to any contract, job, or payment between users.

3 Accounts and sign-in

Sign-in is passwordless. You prove your email with a one-time code, or sign in with Apple or Google, and then protect the account with a passkey or an authenticator app; from then on the passkey alone signs you in. Employers sign in with a one-time code and may add a passkey or authenticator as well.

Recovery codes are shown once; keep them somewhere safe. Anything done through your inbox, your passkey or your authenticator counts as done by you, so keep them secure. A signed-in session lasts up to 90 days for job seekers and 30 days for employers.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4 Rules for employers

Listings must be real, lawful, accurately described, and posted by or for the actual employer. Prohibited: misleading or fraudulent listings; any scheme where the candidate pays anything (fees, deposits, "training kits"); discriminatory requirements beyond what the law allows for the role; collecting candidate data for anything other than hiring for the listed role.

Moderation reviews every listing before it goes live. We may fix small problems ourselves (for example, removing contact details from the text) instead of rejecting, and we may reject or remove any listing at our discretion. A listing removed for breaking these rules is not restored.

5 Rules for job seekers

Applications and seeker listings must be truthful and about yourself. One seeker listing per person: update or close your old one instead of posting again. You must be at least 16.

Public listing text may not contain your phone, email, or messenger contacts. Employers reach you through the site, and moderation removes contact details it finds.

6 Applications and messages

When you apply, your application (name, contacts, letter, CV) goes to that employer. Conversations happen on the site; keep them lawful and respectful on both sides.

Never pay an employer to be considered, "processed", or "registered". If anyone asks you for money to get a job, report it to us immediately.

7 Aggregated listings

Some listings are gathered automatically from public sources, such as public job boards and companies' own career pages, so seekers can find every open role in one place. An aggregated listing always links to its source. Those companies did not post here, and their content and trademarks remain theirs.

When an aggregated listing shows an application address the employer published, our apply form may deliver your application to that address on your behalf; otherwise the listing points you to the source to apply there. Each delivery is recorded (the address, the time, and whether the mail was accepted, delivered or bounced), and your application page shows you where it went.

We read every listing automatically to file it: its field, city, pay where stated, and plain facts such as whether experience or English is required. This reading changes nothing in the text.

A company can also tell us to stop delivering applications to its address. From that moment we stop, and its aggregated listings leave the board at the same time: a listing we cannot forward applications for would only send people away. Opting back in makes them eligible again.

A company can claim its listings with a free account, or ask us to correct or remove them: info@findjobs.ge. Removal is honoured the same day and is permanent: a removed company is never listed again.

8 The Talent Index

When you apply for a job through findjobs.ge, a profile for you is also added to our Talent Index so that employers hiring for similar work can approach you without you applying again. The application form tells you this and lets you decline before you send it.

What an employer searching the Index can see: the skills on your profile, your city, whether you work remotely, roughly how much experience you have, when you were last active, and whether a CV is on file. What they cannot see: your name, your email address, your telephone number, and your CV itself.

An employer who wants to reach you sends an introduction. You receive it and decide. Your name, contact details and CV are released only if you accept, only to that employer, and only for that introduction. Declining tells them nothing about you.

Skills are suggested by reading the CV you attached and are drawn from a fixed list we maintain. Your profile is not searchable until you have reviewed those skills and saved them. We do not use your CV to train models, and we do not sell your data.

You can pause your profile, correct it, or leave the Index entirely at any time using the link we email you. Leaving hides you from every employer and does not affect any application you have already sent. Access to the Index is available to employers on a paid plan.

9 Gigs, deals, and hires

Deals, hire confirmations, and any payment for work happen directly between you. Money for work never flows through us, and we do not guarantee that any job, worker, or payment will materialise.

The dispute desk is a best-effort human review. It can adjust records and reputation on the platform; it is not a court, arbitration, or legal service.

10 Reviews and reputation

Ratings come only from verified interactions: confirmed deals, and employees an employer marked as hired. Reviews must be honest personal experience. They are published anonymously, after a human reads them.

Not allowed in reviews: naming private individuals, confidential business information, threats or hate, fabricated experiences, and buying or trading reviews. Employers cannot pay to remove an honest review. We remove reviews that break these rules.

11 The assistant and automated checks

The assistant drafts a vacancy from what an employer tells it and finds listings from what a seeker asks for. It invents nothing and decides nothing: a draft becomes a listing only after the employer approves it and moderation reviews it, and the employer answers for its content.

Listings, applications and messages may be screened automatically for fraud and abuse before a person looks. An automated hold is always reviewed by a person, and no account is closed by a machine alone.

12 What is free and what is paid

Posting, applying, alerts, the assistant, the apps and the Telegram channels are free. The paid extras for employers (Pro, promoted listings, the banner spot) are optional, priced in lari, and billed by card through Stripe; a subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the paid period. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Nothing a job seeker uses is paid, and a paid extra never changes what a free account already has: posting, applications, CVs, messages, the assistant and the seven-day pin stay free for everyone who posts.

13 Paid services for employers

Pro is a monthly subscription for an employer account. It gives a verified-employer badge on every listing the account posts, an allowance of 30 bumps per calendar month of the subscription (one bump per listing every 24 hours), auto-bump schedules, and the option to buy packs of 10 extra bumps. Unused allowance does not carry over; bought extras keep while the subscription is active and are spent after the monthly allowance. Bumps and the badge exist only while Pro is active: when Pro ends, for any reason, the badge comes off, remaining bumps are forfeited, and schedules pause.

A promoted listing is a fixed period (30, 90 or 365 days) during which one listing is pinned above the board with a highlighted card. A banner is a share of a rotation for one calendar month, Georgian time: standard one share around the clock, daytime priority three shares on weekdays 09:00–19:00, headline six shares at every hour. Shares mean proportions of impressions, not a guaranteed number of impressions or clicks; more buyers in a month means fewer impressions per share. Every buyer sees their impressions and clicks in their account.

Prices are in Georgian lari and shown before payment. Payment is by card through Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account and Pro runs to the end of the period already paid. Promoted listings and banners are paid for the period chosen and do not renew on their own. A failed renewal ends Pro three days after the failed charge unless the payment succeeds on retry.

Refunds: a banner rejected in review is refunded in full. Otherwise paid periods are not refunded pro rata once they have started, except where the law requires it or we have failed to provide the service; write to us and a person will look. A chargeback or a refund ends the service it paid for immediately: Pro stops, pack bumps are removed, a banner leaves the rotation.

Banners are reviewed before they show, like listings, and can be pulled at any time for the reasons listed under acceptable use, misleading claims, or an image that is not the size required; a pulled banner that broke these rules is not refunded. Banners are marked as sponsored on the page. We may change prices and tiers with notice on the site; a change never affects a period already paid.

Referral credit: when an employer who signed up through your referral link becomes a Pro subscriber, 30 days of Pro are added to your account. Credit is given once per referred account, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is withdrawn where a referral was fabricated (self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts).

14 Telegram and other surfaces

Our bot and channels republish listings and deliver alerts. These terms apply there too, alongside Telegram's own terms. The chat group has its own posted rules and entry requirements.

The iPhone app is the same service under the same terms, alongside Apple's App Store terms. It may occasionally ask you for a rating; declining changes nothing.

15 Your content, our license

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, translate (including machine translation), and distribute it on the platform and our channels for as long as it is published.

The findjobs.ge name, design, and software are ours.

16 Automated access, and what is ours

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome: our robots.txt invites them and we want these listings found from anywhere. Crawl politely, say honestly who you are, and respect robots.txt and our rate limits.

The board as a whole is ours: the selection and arrangement of the listings, our translations, our structure, design, text and software. Where the law gives the maker of a database a right in that database, we reserve it.

We claim no ownership of the facts of a vacancy. The job, the employer, the pay and the place belong to no one, and a single advert belongs to whoever wrote it.

Without our written permission, do not repeatedly or systematically extract or re-use substantial parts of the board, work around robots.txt, rate limits or any other technical measure, or use what you take to run a competing job board.

Training AI models on this content is neither granted nor forbidden by these terms. If you want a licence for it, ask us.

17 Acceptable use

Prohibited: abusive scraping, probing or attacking our security, spam, impersonation, malware, and illegal content of any kind.

Also prohibited: creating accounts automatically or in bulk, giving your sign-in to someone else, collecting the contact details of other users, reverse engineering the platform, and using the site to send anything unsolicited.

Security researchers: please report findings responsibly to info@findjobs.ge. We read every report.

18 Your responsibility

If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you posted or because you broke these terms, you compensate us for the losses and reasonable costs that claim causes.

19 Complaints, takedowns and removal requests

Anything on the site can be reported: write to info@findjobs.ge with the link, who you are and what is wrong. A person reads it.

If you are the employer behind an aggregated listing and you want it gone, say so and it goes. The listing is removed and the address is recorded so the same advert is never mirrored again. We complete removal requests within seven working days, and usually the same day.

For a copyright or trademark complaint, tell us what the protected material is, where it appears here, what right you hold and how to reach you. We act on well-founded notices, we may pass the notice to whoever posted the content, and we restore anything removed in error.

When we are told about unlawful content and can see that it is, we take it down. A removal is our decision and is not an admission of anything. If you think we got it wrong, reply and we look again.

20 Candidate data and employers

We are responsible for the data we hold about you on the platform. An employer who receives your application becomes responsible for its own copy of it: from that moment the duty under data protection law is theirs, not ours.

An employer who receives applications must use them only for hiring the role applied for, keep them secure and to itself, never sell them or add anyone to a marketing list, and delete them once they are no longer needed. Employers using the Talent Index accept the same rules plus the introduction gate: no contact details until the candidate accepts.

If an employer misuses what you sent, tell us at info@findjobs.ge. We can cut their access to the platform, and you can also complain to the data protection supervisory authority in Georgia.

21 Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted service, that a listing leads to a hire, or that any user will perform as promised.

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for user conduct or for indirect damages, and our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the greater of 100 GEL and whatever you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Where the law allows such a limit, a claim must be brought within one year of the event behind it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22 Ending things

You can stop using the platform anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these terms.

23 Changes

We update these terms as the platform grows. The date above always shows the current version, and meaningful changes are announced on the site. Using the platform after a change means you accept it.

24 Law and disputes

Georgian law governs these terms, and disputes belong to the courts of Georgia. If you use the site as a consumer elsewhere, the mandatory protections of your home country still apply to you.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the platform.

These terms are published in Georgian, English and Russian. The Georgian text is the one that governs; the other two are there to be understood.

25 The small print

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control: network, hosting or payment provider outages, acts of authorities and the like.

If the platform changes hands we may transfer these terms with it, and your rights stay the same. You may not transfer yours without our agreement.

If we do not enforce part of these terms straight away, we keep the right to enforce it later.

Formal notices to us go to info@findjobs.ge. Notices to you go to the email address on your account.
