How fast does a listing go live?
A person reads every listing first. In the daytime that usually takes under an hour; overnight it is live by morning.
Who sees my contact details?
Nobody. Candidates apply on the site and you reply from your desk. Your email and phone never appear on the listing.
Can I edit or close a listing?
Any time, from your account. Edits to a live listing get a quick second look before they show.
What about spam and scams?
Every listing and every application passes an automated screen and then a person. Fake applicants are held before they reach you.
