Medical Marketing Group Leader in Dentistry Direction / Non-Medication Department

LLC "Aversi-Pharma" is announcing a vacancy for the following position: Medical Marketing Group Leader in Dentistry Direction (Non-Medication Department)

Key functions and responsibilities - Planning, managing, and ensuring the development of the medical marketing group's activities in the dentistry direction; - Developing and coordinating the implementation of the group's strategy and action plan; - Promoting the brand awareness and positioning in the dentistry market. - Finding new dental clinics and other medical institutions, developing partnership relationships, and expanding cooperation; - Conducting negotiations with the heads of medical institutions, coordinating the process of signing and fulfilling contracts; - Analyzing the process of recommendations and data on prescriptions recorded in pharmacies, planning relevant activities, and evaluating results; - Managing the activities of subordinate managers, setting goals, evaluating results, and promoting professional development; - Planning and implementing advertising, educational, and professional activities in cooperation with the marketing team and suppliers; - Analyzing activity results, preparing reports, and presenting them to the direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements - Higher education in medicine or a related field; - Experience working as a medical representative; - Team management experience; - Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; - Knowledge of English at least at B2 level will be considered an advantage; - MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
