Head of Transport Service, Logistics Department

LLC "Georgian United Water Supply Company" announces a selection of candidates for the position of Head of Transport Service, Logistics Department.

Work location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Full-time Remuneration: 5,040 GEL (GROSS)

Functions and responsibilities: - Overall management of the transport service activities, distribution of tasks to subordinate employees, control of performance quality and work discipline; - Development/refinement of the service policy and operational procedures, including the rational distribution of vehicles and heavy equipment. - Development and implementation of measures to optimize costs related to the use of vehicles and heavy equipment. - Supervision of the maintenance and efficient/rational operation of vehicles, special and heavy equipment; - Implementation of procedures for purchasing insurance, technical inspections, parking, washing, and technical maintenance of vehicles, and control of the fulfillment of obligations by contractor organizations; - Determination of needs for fuel, lubricants, tires, and accumulators, supply within limits, and monitoring of expenses; - Control of data production, primary accounting records, and registers of the transport module in the "Info Enterprise (FMG)" program; - Supervision of the installation and functioning of the "Agya" system on vehicles; - Preparation/verification of documentation for settlements within the service budget and signed contracts; - Delivery of administrative offense protocols (fines) received by the company to relevant individuals and control of payment; - Development of development plans to improve the efficiency of the transport service activities and submission to management; - Representation of the company within the competence in state bodies and other organizations.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education: a bachelor's academic degree is mandatory (a master's degree or equivalent is desirable); field/branch/specialty: management, finance, economics are desirable; - Work experience: at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant or adjacent field; - Office computer programs: high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Outlook; language skills: knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable.

Legislative requirements: - Constitution of Georgia; - Organic Law of Georgia "Labor Code of Georgia"; - Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection"; - Relevant legislation and legislative acts.

Personal characteristics: - Ability to manage and lead a team; - Analytical and systematic thinking; - High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; - Operability and ability to make quick decisions; - Effective communication and negotiation skills.
