Import Manager

LLC "Caucasus Transport Express" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Import Manager. Work location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Full-time Remuneration: To be agreed (depending on the candidate's experience)

Main responsibilities: - Sending incoming requests to vendors, processing prices and preparing optimal offers for clients (in the direction of China); - Planning and coordination of the complete logistical process of each order with clients and partners; - Constant monitoring of order deadlines and processes; - Control of the financial settlement process with suppliers; - Providing clients with information about the status of their orders, preparing invoices and monitoring payments; - Preparation of documentation necessary for customs operations and participation in customs procedures if necessary; - Managing relationships with existing suppliers and searching for new partners; - Providing feedback and reporting to the manager.

Qualification requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; - Higher education; - High-level knowledge of English and Russian languages (required); - Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
