About the Position FEC, a financial services company based in Batumi, is looking for a motivated AI Automation Specialist to help us transform our operations. This is not a narrowly defined position - it's a role for someone with an interest and practical approach, who can identify inefficiencies in our daily operations, research and evaluate new tools, and integrate AI into our workflows where it creates real value.

You will work across the company: automating repetitive processes, building AI-powered workflows for our teams, and helping colleagues implement modern tools in their daily work. The position is open to candidates of any experience level - what's most important is a genuine interest in financial services, strong practical experience with AI tools, and a drive to figure things out.

Responsibilities - Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across the company and develop automated solutions for them - Research, evaluate, and pilot new AI tools and services, and suggest which ones to implement - Integrate AI assistants and automation into various departments' daily workflows (analysis, reporting, document processing, client operations) - Build and maintain libraries of prompts, AI workflows, and simple automations tailored to our needs - Train and support colleagues in using AI tools effectively and responsibly - Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing AI landscape and bring relevant innovations to the company

Requirements Essential: - Strong practical experience with modern AI tools - especially Claude, and preferably Claude Code - and a solid understanding of prompt engineering and practical AI tooling - Genuine, proven interest in financial services and how technology can improve this field - Self-initiative: identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to completion without waiting for detailed instructions - Knowledge of Georgian and English languages

Nice to Have: - Experience or work history in finance, accounting, or financial analysis - Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or automation platforms), sufficient to create and connect tools - Experience with business process analysis and improvement

Desirable but Not Required: - Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) - Knowledge of APIs and experience with connecting different systems - Previous experience with implementing AI tools in a team or organization
