"Madart Delivery" company invites you to work as a Call Center Operator!

Work location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili Street

Remuneration: ₾1400-1900

Work schedule: Full-time, flexible - 5 days a week, 8 working hours

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Provide telephone service to customers;
• Fully inform customers about product contents, prices, delivery services, and more;
• Receive orders;
• Reflect orders in the program;
• Make outgoing calls

Basic requirements:

• At least one year of experience working in a call center;
• Experience working with office programs;
• Foreign languages (English, Russian) - B1 level.

Selection process:

• Stage I - Selection of resumes received by email, applications filled out in branches, and information/resumes sent through call center and social media;
• Stage II - Interview with HR.
