Territory Development Manager

LLC "IDS Borjomi Tbilisi" is a member of the international company IDS Borjomi Group. The company's main activity is the sale and supply of products produced by IDS Borjomi Georgia on the territory of Georgia. On the market, we sell such leader brands as: "Borjomi", "Likani" and "Bakuriani".

In the sales department, we are looking for a new team member for the position of Territory Development Manager in Batumi.

Office address: Batumi, Fridon Khalvashi #239. Working hours: Monday-Saturday, 40 working hours per week. Type of remuneration: fixed salary + monthly bonus depending on the fulfillment of the plan (4600 GEL with 100% fulfillment of the plan).

Main responsibilities: - Conduct negotiations with Horeca objects; - Monitoring the work of business development agents under his/her supervision and full management of the field work process; - Monitoring product presentation standards at objects; - Development of proposals for network expansion and development; - Analysis and control of the list of debtors; - Implementation of direct supervisor's separate instructions; - Monitoring the discipline, standards, internal regulations and compliance of team members; - Ensuring healthy relationships and working environment in the team;

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the field of sales/distribution; - Experience in team management; - Ability to communicate and negotiate; - Analytical thinking; - Knowledge of the standard MS Office package; - Higher education, preferably in the field of management or economics - Knowledge of foreign languages - Russian or English; - Driving license;
