LLC "Batumi Oil Terminal" announces a competition for the vacant position of an Integrated Management System (IMS) and Standardization Specialist in the IMS and Standardization Department.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in the following fields: Management (Quality Management, Operational/Production Management, Innovative Management, Technology Management), Business Administration, or other related fields connected to business functions, or non-profile higher education and additional retraining in a special program related to business functions in the field of IMS management according to international ISO standards - Requirements for licenses, certificates, and other supporting documents: Active certificate of an integrated management system of the ISO series. - Total work experience: at least 3 years - Work experience in the specialty: at least 2 years of experience in the professional field

Experience in working in a leadership position: Not required.

Knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties: Essential knowledge: - Knowledge of Georgian legislation in the field of standardization, certification, and accreditation; - Knowledge of ISO standard requirements; - Knowledge of international standards in the field of oil, oil products, and liquid hydrocarbon gas transshipment, land and sea operations, technical regulation, and internal process management (API, ASTM, etc.), interstate standards allowed to operate in Georgia (GOST, MI, etc.); - Knowledge of business process design and modeling rules, development of normative documents, and process block diagram design using a process approach.

Essential skills: - Ability to work with information and regulatory legal documents (laws, standards, technical conditions (specifications); - Technical, operational and production risk assessment skills; - Ability to read and understand API, ASTM, ISO technical standards in English and Russian; - Ability to develop internal documents; - Business process design and modeling, block diagram compilation skills; - Presentation creation skills; - Ability to systematize and prepare information materials; - Control implementation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Publisher), Adobe products, process modeling program Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Power Point; - Fluency in foreign languages: Russian - at least B2 (above average), English - at least B1 (average).

Job responsibilities: The purpose of the position: To participate in the development, implementation, provision, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Management Integrated System (MIS).

To achieve the goals of the position, the Management Integrated System and Standardization Specialist performs the following duties:

Within the framework of the development process of the company's Management Integrated System, performs the following tasks: - Regular checking of publications / cancellation of new editions of legislative documents, international and interdepartmental standards, guidelines, books, regulatory materials (hereinafter - external documents). - Collection of materials for the development of internal document projects of the company's MIS based on the requirements of external documents. - Development of internal document projects of the company, together with the heads of structural subdivisions of the company, in accordance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. - Development of record forms to support business processes. - Development of process maps and block diagrams.

Within the framework of the implementation process of the MIS: - Participates in the development of thematic plans and training programs to involve the company's employees in the MIS and familiarize them with the approved MIS documents. - Participates in the preparation of lecture materials, presentations for training, tests, and exam tickets to assess the knowledge of the company's MIS approved internal documents.

Within the framework of the Management Integrated System (MIS) inspection process: - Participates in conducting internal audits of the company's subdivisions and business processes according to the approved schedule, within the framework of international ISO standards, applicable Georgian legislation, and international and interdepartmental standards, to verify compliance with requirements. - Based on the results of the internal audit of the company's MIS, prepares summary plans for corrective and preventive actions. Controls the implementation of planned works. - Verifies the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the company's structural subdivisions, and closes non-compliance reports in case of implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Updates the report on identified non-compliances, taking into account the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Within the framework of the continuous improvement process of the MIS: - Collects the results of monitoring the MIS processes for the company's management to conduct an analysis of the MIS. - Prepares a summary plan for the realization of goals, objectives, and programs set in the MIS field, based on the results of internal audits and the report of the company's management's analysis of the MIS. Controls the implementation of planned works.

Within the framework of the company's certification management process: - Participates in the company's timely planned and repeated certification. - Controls the implementation of recommendations of certification body auditors after conducting planned supervision and re-certification audits of the company.
