The representative office of "Sol de Janeiro" in Georgia is looking for: A Beauty Consultant, who will be responsible for representing the Sol de Janeiro brand with dignity, providing professional consultations to customers, increasing product awareness, and promoting sales.

A Pop-up Manager, who will be responsible for the effective management of the daily activities of the space, the team of consultants, and the sales process.

"Pop-up Manager" - main functions and responsibilities: - Managing pop-up processes; being responsible for the quality and results of the work performed; - Daily monitoring of pop-up product layout compliance with the provided merchandising standards; - Effective redistribution and daily monitoring of team members' functions and work schedules; - Participation in customer relations and retail sales; - Control of price indicators, prices, and cash register for products; - Control of balances, timely supply of pop-up, short-term products, and management of necessary processes; - Participation in the development of descriptions planning and ensuring implementation according to the plan; - Informing the relevant service about technical malfunctions; - Caring for the professional development of team members, providing information on products and/or news on-site and ensuring practical implementation; - Considering recommendations and advice provided by marketing and sales departments; - Active participation in various campaigns to stimulate product sales and ensuring team members' participation; - Effective management of crisis/problematic situations created on-site.

Qualification requirements: - Higher or professional education (preferably in business administration, marketing, sales); - At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position in the sales field; - English language proficiency at a communicative level is important; - Experience working with a cash register; - Knowledge of computer office programs (MS Office).

"Beauty Consultant" main functions and responsibilities: - Increasing product awareness and stimulating sales; - Performing work considering the global strategy and brand standards; - Participation in various planned events at the pop-up; - Control and monitoring of brand shelf layout; - Providing consultations to customers visiting the pop-up;

Qualification Requirements: - Higher or professional education / student of the final course - English language proficiency at a communicative level is important; - Basic knowledge of computer programs; - Candidates are considered even without work experience;

Personal skills and requirements: - Customer and service orientation; - Effective communication skills, organization; - Ability to present products and make effective presentations - Presentable and disciplined; - High sense of responsibility; - Detail-oriented; - Ability to work individually and as a team

Work location: Tbilisi, leading shopping centers in the city. Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 2 days off; 8-hour working schedule in shifts
