Junior Pastry Sous Chef

Hotel “ROOMS KAZBEGI” is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Pastry Sous Chef.

Work location: Kazbegi Employment rate: Full-time

Main responsibilities: - Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in their daily activities; - Supervise the employees under his/her supervision; - Prepare cost estimates for necessary products; - Check the quality, portion quantity, presentability, and temperature of each dish before it is taken out of the kitchen; - Ensure that each dish is prepared with high-quality products; - Participate in and, if necessary, compile employees' work schedules and attendance sheets; - Pay attention to and control whether each kitchen employee adheres to the dress code and hygiene standards provided by the company; - Receive feedback from employees and take appropriate measures to eliminate any remarks; - Share knowledge and experience with new employees and actively participate in their training; - Collaborate with employees of other departments; - Comply with hygiene standards.

Required skills: - Experience working in a similar position; - Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage); - Ability to work in a busy work environment; - Sense of responsibility; - Teamwork skills.
