Online Sales Specialist

We are looking for a communicative, quick, and sales-oriented person who will provide high-quality service to customers from online channels and convert their interest into real sales.

Main responsibilities: - Communicate with customers from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online channels; - Respond to incoming calls and consult customers; - Identify customer needs and offer relevant products; - Provide information about product features, prices, and current offers; - Receive and process online orders; - Offer additional and alternative products to customers; - Follow-up communication with interested customers and complete sales; - Work on increasing online sales.

Work schedule: - Friday: 14:00 – 20:00; - Saturday – Sunday: 09:30 – 20:00.

Remuneration: - Fixed: 500 ₾ NET; - Sales bonus: 1% of personal sales (Gross); - Package: 1 ₾ for each processed/shipped package.

Requirements: - Good written and verbal communication skills; - Fast and effective online communication with customers; - Sales and result orientation; - Ability to work with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels; - Responsibility, organization, and attention to details; - Experience in sales or customer service will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of a foreign language will be considered an advantage.
