Regional Sales Manager

LLC "Embawood Georgia", one of the leading companies in furniture production and sales, is announcing a vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager position in Batumi.

Main responsibilities: - Managing and developing the sales process in Batumi and the region; - Leading, motivating, and controlling the sales team's results; - Monitoring the execution of sales plans and KPIs; - Ensuring high-quality customer service; - Coordinating branch activities and improving operational processes; - Market analysis, identifying sales growth and new opportunities; - Preparing regular reports for management.

Qualification requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in sales, including managerial positions; - Experience in the furniture, interior, or retail trade is desirable; - Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills; - Experience in sales analysis and result-oriented work; - MS Office knowledge;
