Product Manager

EGIS Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Georgia representation office is announcing a vacancy for the position of Product Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Developing marketing plans and long-term strategies for products to achieve market share growth and sales targets, implementing and controlling them;
• Defining strategy and tactics for OTC (over-the-counter) products and monitoring their implementation;
• Effective allocation of resources and maximizing the product life cycle;
• Offering new ways to launch new and existing products on the market and actively monitoring the sales process;
• Developing media plans with advertising agencies, controlling their implementation, and evaluating the results;
• Constant communication with the headquarters' international brand management team and local functional teams;
• Maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Qualification requirements: Education:

• Higher education (preferably in the medical field).

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in brand management;
• Experience in managing a Consumer Healthcare or FMCG portfolio is required;
• Experience in successful product launch.

Knowledge and skills:

• In-depth knowledge of marketing;
• Experience in Trade Marketing;
• Fluent English (written and oral).
