Social Media and Content Manager

Invest Group, a construction company in Batumi, is looking for a creative, responsible, and results-oriented Social Media and Content Manager to fully manage the company's Facebook and Instagram pages and contribute to the growth of brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities: - Full management of Facebook and Instagram pages; - Creating a social media content plan; - Planning and publishing posts, Stories, and Reels; - Preparing sales and informational content about apartments and projects; - Writing texts and preparing/selecting visual materials; - Covering the construction process of the project, news, and offers; - Refining the visual style of the page and brand image; - Managing user comments and messages; - Monitoring competitors and the market; - Analyzing social media statistics and results; - Planning and managing ads (experience with Meta Ads is an advantage); - Offering new, creative ideas for the company's development.

Desirable Skills: - Experience in professionally managing Facebook/Instagram; - Good writing skills for well-structured text; - Knowledge of required programs; - Ability to create Reels and short videos; - Creative thinking; - Responsibility and organization; - Experience in the real estate or construction sector is considered a significant advantage.
