Tender Specialist

Black Sea Metal Group is announcing a vacancy for a Tender Specialist position in Batumi.

** Location: Batumi;

** Work Schedule: Full-time;

** Days off: Two days a week;

** Salary: (by agreement).

Main Responsibilities:

** Daily monitoring of public and private procurement portals.

** Detailed analysis of tender documentation and technical assignments.

** Preparation, uploading of tender proposals and full management of the process.

** Timely preparation and request of necessary documentation (references, authorizations, recommendations, etc.) from relevant authorities.

** Reflection and coordination of the contract signing process after winning the tender.

** Communication with the tender commission, preparation of claims/appeals if necessary.

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher education (preferably in Law, Business Administration or Economics).

** At least 1-year experience of working with the electronic public procurement system (procurement.gov.ge).

** In-depth knowledge of the Georgian Law on Public Procurement and related normative acts.

** High-level knowledge of office programs (MS Office, especially Excel).
