Repair Manager

Construction company "Horizons Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Repair Manager

Location: Batumi Work schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities: - Participation in planning the stages of repair works to be implemented; - Planning / organization / management of time, human and material resources; - Full management and control of the quality of repair works; - Daily supervision of work, supervision of subcontractors and employees; - Participation in finding a person with the appropriate qualifications (worker) if necessary; - Verification of plans, drawings and other documentation; production of documentation: hidden work act, work production journal; - Detailed control of the work schedule of persons employed on the object and production of daily records of working time; - Provision of detailed information related to the construction object to the financial service at the end of each month.

Requirements: - Higher education in the construction field (engineering and / or architecture); - Experience working in the construction field; - Ability to compose / read working drawings; - Knowledge of architectural programs from the following list: Autocad; Archicad; Revit …) - Knowledge of construction materials and their composition - Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word; Excel; Power Point).
